New Frontline Coach

WANTED: Personal Trainer for expanding high level personal training facility. We’re seeking a talented and dedicated coach who can lead our team and take their fitness career to the next level. +25 hrs/week and benefits in six months or less.

What You’ll Own

Conducting Initial Fitness and Quarterly Goal Assessments
Leading Group Classes, On the floor – Coaching Hours, Personal Training Sessions
Programming and modifying workouts
Guiding the Client Journey
Content Creation and Execution

Outcomes You’ll Produce

Excellent Trainer Satisfaction and Customer Feedback ratings (reviewed quarterly)
Referrals, online reviews, and package upgrades (reviewed monthly)
Trending increase in average group class attendance
Maintain 80% member renewal rate or higher

What You’ve Got to Have

Commute & Transportation – must live in (or be willing to relocate to) Canterbury/Bankstown LGA and have reliable transportation. Punctuality is critical.
Schedule Flexibility – on-boarding for this position will require several hours of shadowing staff at different days and times throughout the week. Once officially hired a more consistent class/roster schedule will be enforced, but all team members must remain flexible in their ability to attend meetings, pick-up training sessions, and cover shifts.
Work Experience – Experience is encourage, but we are willing to accept applicants with no experience in the field. Two years of industry experience is preferred, but more importantly… our coaches lead by example and must be able to communicate extreme levels of exercise knowledge while demonstrating exceptional movement quality and motor control. They must also possess empathetic and relatable qualities that allow them to connect with our diverse population of aging and “not so fit” clients.
Certifications – must have at least ONE nationally accredited certification, or a degree in kinesiology or exercise physiology. Additional certifications may be required if hired.
