F45 Caloundra

We opened the doors of F45 Training Caloundra in October, 2015 with one coach and zero members. We’ve been determined to get people from our community and all walks of life off of the couch and moving ever since. Encouragement, Education and Inclusiveness would be how we would reach the individual while serving the broader community.

We do not always follow the franchise rules to get the best out of people and we like to think outside the box. We also encourage each member of our team to bring their own “flavour” to the training floor because your ideas and personality are important to us.

We like NICE. We don’t like overpowering gym egos and we really don’t give a shit about who’s got the trendiest activewear or who has the most followers on their socials. What we care about are genuine people who wants to improve themselves in the long term. We have worked really hard to create a community where ordinary people can get extraordinary results and not feel judged or inadequate whilst on their journey but feel empowered and supported by a superstar team.
