Healthy Inspirations is a fully integrated women’s weight and wellness centre located in Prospect. We offer a nutrition plan based on everyday supermarket food, weekly 1 on 1 support and accountability coaching, circuit-based training, small group classes and personal training. Our centre is 16 years young, and has lost over 17,000kgs to date!
