Group Fitness Trainer/Instructors

About the role: 

• Deliver CREWFIT’s Group Training sessions to the highest standard
• Assist in the development of training programs
• Promote an energetic environment and culture
• Motivate and inspire gym members during and after training
• Contribute to marketing/social media channels
• Assist in sales, membership growth and retention
• Required for 15-25 hours per week with an opportunity to progress to part/full time

The person we are looking for must:

• Be smiley + energetic
• Be enthusiastic about their work + come prepared
• Be confident designing varied, exciting workouts
• Be early to all classes
• Be approachable, enthusiastic and supportive towards members
• Be able to demonstrate perfect technique / correct members’ form
• Be able to work early morning or evening weekdays
• Be a team player
• Be willing to learn
• Have a go-getter attitude
• Cert III qualified, Cert IV is a bonus

Prior experience is desired, if you are new to group training we are also happy to provide mentoring to the right candidate.
