Amplify has an opportunity for a motivated Personal Trainer to join the team.

Amplify is a small gym with a focus on inclusivity, accessibility and a family environment. We offer evidence based professional services and train people according to their goals and deliver consistent results to clients. We make sure to emphasise exercise (and diet) as a rewarding choice which adds to a person’s life. Trainers at Amplify focus on relationships with clients and through getting to know each individual we can develop programs that best suit their capability and needs.

Amplify is looking for a trainer who ideally has a few clients of their own already and is looking for a space to train out of with capacity to take on more clients over time.

Or

Someone who is looking to begin building their own client base with help from an established fitness business and willing to start slow and focus on a few clients while working towards the ideal balance of in gym work and rest of life.

The right person for Amplify will be friendly and approachable, dedicated to a career in the fitness industry and enjoy the freedom to develop their own training style with support where needed. Amplify places extremely high value on loyalty and dependability. The right candidate will have:

a Certificate III in Fitness and ideally a Certificate IV in Personal Training (or at least be currently completing a Certificate IV) or any other relevant industry qualification
Current First Aid Certificate
An ABN
Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance
Working With Vulnerable People Card
A current driver’s license is preferable
Remuneration is competitive and has the potential to scale as much as desired as your client base grows.
