Goodlife Health Clubs, a busy leading commercial gym in Ashgrove, is willing to support dedicated and dynamic Personal Trainers who are driven, committed to building a successful business, and passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals!

As a new member of our Personal Training team, here’s what’s waiting for you:  

  • Start strong from week one! With a 2-day Induction coaching course, covering important aspects of Sales, Lead Generation, Business Management.
  • 12-Week Goodlife Training & Development Program and Level up Program to help you get your business started and ongoing.
  • Kickstart your career with 2 hours of mentorship, training and development per week for your new or current Business idea in the first 3 months.
  • You set your own fees as a PT. We have plenty of tools to help you market yourself and grow your business.
  • PT in-club Lead Generation, Sales and Business growth so you can reach that income goal you were looking for.
  • No experience required! Ongoing 1-on-1 Mentoring and workshops by our Personal Training Manager.

Essential Requirements to join our team 

  • Cert IV in Fitness (or equivalent) must be obtained.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate clients.
  • Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different fitness levels and individual limitations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • CPR and First Aid

Legal requirements:   

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Fitness Registration with AUSactive or FITREC
