Job Description

As a UBX Club Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our club. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching, assisting managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
UBX is modeled around a 12 round boxing bout and are professionally designed to combine boxing, functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels. This unique role will see the successful candidate become an integral part of the overall success of our exciting team

To be successful you must demonstrate the following:
✅ Cert III and IV in Fitness
✅ Up to date first aid or willing to obtain
✅ Have a sense of humour and exude an energetic and positive attitude
✅ Ability to lead a team in  fun &  fast paced environment
✅ Enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their best workout on every occasion
Elements of the role:
✅ Assist owner to carry out all sales campaigns and lead generations, managing client progression and retention.
✅ Participate in boxing personal development activities.
✅ Lead our 6 week training camps and provide members with motivation and accountability.
✅ Ensure Club is set up according to each workout and maintain cleanliness of the gym floor.
✅ Work with member to ensure they are following workouts with correct technique and maintaining correct form.
