Opportunity to gain experience in the fitness industry and create a pathway for future employment in the fitness industry across Personal Training, Fitness Coach and Instructing.
You will assist our Club Manager with managing day-to-day club operations and members experience. While the clubs sales performance is a part of the responsibilities we value first and foremost the members needs and are looking for genuine staff to support and help members along their fitness journey.
Skills to be successful in this role:
> Commitment towards providing good customer experiences.
> General understanding of marketing and a willingness to learn.
> Demonstrate leadership skills and be proactive when working under limited supervision.
> Availability to work Thursday PM and Saturday AM shifts.
Key responsibilities will include:
> Engage, retain, and provide a genuine experience for members.
> Meet and greet potential and existing members.
> Create a vibrant and fun club culture.
> Become the guru of our Member Management system (GymMaster).
> Assist the Marketing team with creating content.
> Assist the Operations team in ensuring the club is clean and functional.
The successful applicant MUST hold the following Qualifications prior to starting employment:
> Level 1 First Aid, CPR.
> Cert III or IV in Fitness highly desirable but not mandatory.
