Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a fun, energetic, and outgoing coach who thrives in group training environments. You should be someone who can connect with our mostly mature members, bring a positive vibe, and keep sessions safe and engaging. This role is ideal for someone looking for some guaranteed shifts each week, working independently as a contractor.

Job Description:
Lead and manage outdoor group training sessions, ensuring sessions are fun, safe, and tailored to our members’ fitness levels. You’ll be responsible for fostering a positive and motivating environment, engaging with members, and delivering high-quality strength and fitness programs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct dynamic group fitness sessions for men and women.
Maintain a safe training environment for all participants.
Engage with members and provide personalized coaching tips during sessions.
Be a positive, motivating force within the group, keeping things upbeat and enjoyable.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness or higher.
Current CPR & First Aid certificates.
Personal and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Must have an ABN and be comfortable with fortnightly invoicing.
Experience is preferred in leading large group sessions, but we’re happy to consider the right fit even without experience.

Job Type: Contractor
Hours: Early mornings (Mon-Sat), specific days flexible.

Schedule: Mornings, flexible within the 5-6 days per week available.
Experience: Experience in group training is preferred but not essential for the right personality fit.

Expected Salary: Competitive contractor rates, discussed during the interview.
