Healthy Inspirations is a fully integrated women’s weight and wellness centre located in Prospect. We are seeking an inspiring and energetic individual to join our team as a Health, Wellness & Fitness Coach.

If you’ve experienced your own weight loss journey – or have helped others on theirs – and are passionate about empowering women to transform their lives, this could be the perfect role for you!

Do You Have…
·       Exceptional communication and listening skills

·       A personal passion for health and weight loss

·       Certificate III in Fitness and Certificate IV in Personal Training***

·       Sales experience with a confident, supportive approach

·       A friendly, relatable, and approachable personality

·       An eagerness to keep learning and growing

·       Excellent personal presentation and professionalism

·       The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment

If you answered yes – we want to meet you!

Your Role Will Include:
·       Supporting members in weekly accountability sessions to help them reach their goals

·       Leading and supervising 30-60 minute group classes and personal training sessions

·       Conducting and following up on client enquiries and sales consultations

·       Collaborating on marketing activities, including making sales calls

·       Promoting wellness products that support our members’ journeys

·       Maintaining the centre’s high standards of cleanliness and care

Working Hours:
Our centre operates 24/7. Staffed hours include:

·       Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

·       Monday – Thursday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm

·       Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
