About Us: Femme Fit Bootcamp is a leading fitness group dedicated exclusively to women’s health and fitness. We provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for women to achieve their fitness goals, boost their confidence, and enjoy the journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Job Description: As a Ladies Only Bootcamp Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for leading fun, dynamic, and effective workouts that cater to our female clientele. Your role will involve implementing already written for you fitness programs, motivating participants, and fostering a positive and supportive community within our bootcamp sessions.

Responsibilities:

Lead Bootcamp Workouts: Execute creative and engaging workouts that cater to women’s fitness needs and preferences.

Provide Personalized Coaching: Offer individualized guidance and support to participants, ensuring they meet their fitness goals safely and effectively.

Create a Fun and Inclusive Environment: Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages women to enjoy their workouts and look forward to each session.

Educate and Inspire: Share your knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices to empower participants to make positive changes in their lives.

Monitor Progress: Keep track of participants’ progress, adjust workouts as needed, and celebrate their achievements along the way.

Requirements:

Certified Fitness Trainer (Cert 3 minimum) with a relevant fitness certification.
Experience leading group fitness classes (preferred but not essential), particularly for women.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for fitness and helping women achieve their health goals.
Energetic, positive, and motivating attitude.
Ability to adapt workout plans.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
