Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to understand client goals, medical history, and fitness level.
Develop customised workout plans and nutrition recommendations based on client goals and preferences.
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, providing guidance, motivation, and feedback to clients.
Monitor and track client progress, adjusting workout plans as necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe training environment, adhering to gym policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Certified personal trainer with a recognised fitness organisation.
Certificate III and IV in fitness.
Experience in creating and delivering customised workout plans for clients of different fitness levels and goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to track client progress.
