Plus Fitness 24/7 Spearwood is looking for an ambitious Personal Trainer to join our team with prime conditions to build your business!

Located in Spearwood as a well established gym located with a large number of clients who are eager to work with a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional service towards achieving their individual fitness goals.

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
• Registration with Fitness Australia
• Current Insurance
• Up-to-date Senior First Aid
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer

Your key responsibilities include:

• Build your own successful Personal Training business within our club
• Provide inductions, consultations & safety orientations to new and existing members
• Contribute to and participate in club activities, initiatives & campaigns
• Clear and confident communication skills – need to be comfortable speaking and connecting with people on a daily basis.
• Build relationships with members and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
• Dedication to consistently delivering exceptional customer service
• Help to maintain and improve the overall image of the club
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organisation and time management skills
